Originally a winery, in 1989 Jeannine, François and their children built the hotel La Garbine. The parents, both still committed to the task of going to the market to select fresh, seasonal produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner to satisfy their guests.
Over the years, with the help of their son Christian, owner and manager of the hotel, the hospitality, authenticity and Provencal charm have endured. Now, the third generation, represented by Matteo and Sharmila, children of Sarah and Christian, and grandchildren of François and his wife, are continuing this beautiful story… “The only happiness we have comes from the happiness we give”.
